From verification to cash-out, here's the full member journey.
1. Verify you're a student or Youth (<25)
Three routes: scan your SA ID, upload a student card, or confirm a .ac.za email address. Verified members get deeper discounts and higher redemption limits.
2. Get your live Member Pass
Your pass shows a pulsating live timer plus a barcode and WiCode that rotate every 30 seconds, so staff know it's genuinely live and not a shared screenshot.
3. Earn Points
Every verified purchase earns you 1 point for every R1 spent.
4. Hunt Drops
Time-limited off-peak specials run 14:00 – 17:00 every day. Limited stock, live countdown, members only.
5. Build streaks and challenges
Daily and weekly challenges pay bonus points for exploring new merchants and keeping visit streaks alive.
6. Cash out how you like
Turn your balance into airtime, data bundles or brand vouchers.
